Flickering After Moving From Anniversary Vanilla To Anniversary TBC

Feb 3, 2019windows films & tv app blinking or flickering issue on hp laptop when i play hd videos in full screen the screen flickers, on windows 10 all the time. Aug 7, 2015after i download windows 10 upgrade on my dell inspiron 8.1, my desktop is unstable and keep flickering and can not access or open any files or apps even though i see all shortcuts on desktop. I've double checked my display adapter, uninstalling it and reinstalling it has not helped including using the ddu utility (which has helped me with a flickering display problem in the past).

Feb 28, 2016while i am on the computer, the computer is constantly going through some sort of functions, with the light always flickering. Jul 29, 2015the hdd light is stuck on and not flickering like it normally does.
